About Us
Our goal is to help leaders become healers and help them to organize the energy and value that arises while people working together.
“If you have become a witness of true Nature, you’ll look in an empty mirror”.
Xander van der Zijden

My mission is to awaken Leaders and unlock their human potential. Society, expectations and social life put you in a certain direction and makes you believe you need to become someone. It is my mission, as a guide, to show you that there is another YOU.
My first name Xander means ‘Protector of mankind’. It is a name that fits the energy of that which I am allowed to manifest in this life. I see myself as a planner of the new era.
My background is very diverse because of my broad interest and curiosity. As a professional I have 20 years of experience in the role of inner tour guide, life and business coach, teacher, trainer, and in addition to one-on-one sessions, I have provided many workshops, (year) courses, multi-day events, retreats, lectures and hundreds of plant medicine ceremonies in groups and 1-on-1 and I have learned to understand the dynamics of emotions and our human behavior at a profound level.
It is my mission to guide people to a consciousness that fits the new era. It is necessary that old systems of power, traditional ways of thinking and the vision of life change because they no longer serve us. We need Pioneers and Spirited Leaders to create a new paradigm so that we can ultimately live in optimal freedom and harmony. Not as a copy of your parents or a product of society, but a life based on ethical values and inspiration.
In my development I have spent a lot of time on self-examination through meditation and making inner journeys of consciousness through trance and taking plant medicines. I have also invested a lot of time in studying sacred scriptures, the beautiful language of Ancient Egypt combined with modern science, philosophy, astrology, astronomy and the functioning of the human body.
The techniques I apply during (group) sessions are based on many (20+) years of daily (self) study in a practical and theoretical sense.
Stimulating the Pineal Gland has greatly contributed to my self-realization process and has completely changed my self and world view. You can read more about this subject on my website pinealglandmysteries .
I would like to share my inspiration and truth without judgment with anyone who is curious about the meaning of life.
Looking forward to see you at one of my activities.

“I am here to create an environment of love,
live with passion and make our most exciting dreams come true
and create harmony, trust and inspiration”
My name Stephan means, he who precedes.
I learned early in life to sense what a situation needed. That was later reinforced by my tennis career. My tennis coach and mentor, Aad Zwaan, used to say; “something that is successful you have to repeat”. I certainly wasn’t always successful. What I learned is that you have to continuously adapt adaptively to the situation in order to overcome. Because of this, I learned early on to continuously develop myself by turning off your ego and observing what the situation needed, making a plan and executing it.
My strength is to simplify situations, systems and processes, to extract the emotion and also to build the team around them that can grow together to unprecedented heights, especially commercially. Now 5 fast-growing organizations and exits later I have continued to develop myself in the spiritual side. I have followed training for Reiki, retreats and various consciousness courses.
My conclusion; as a human being, as an individual, you are constantly surrounded by your own filter of conditioning, ego, your trauma and perceptions. These ensure that you convert all those beliefs into attitude and behavior, verbal and non-verbal. This affects your being and that of the people around you within your family, friends or within the teams of your work / organization.
My assignment is to create clarity for people and organizations and with clarity brings simplicity to focus on the essential elements of your assignments.
